Last week, a report on robotic sex dolls circulated on the Internet. According to the report, 42% of people would prefer to have a “family” with a robot sex doll.
More than 50 people want to start a family with a robot lovedoll.
Foreign artificial intelligence company TiDio has recruited more than 1,200 people to conduct a survey, found that 40% of them said they could “love” robot sex dolls, 35% said they did not like, the rest of the people are neutral and wait-and-see attitude. Of those who said yes, the vast majority were men, with more than 50% being male and only 33% being female.

However, this is probably just a personal assumption and hypothetical situation: in reality, only 39% of people believe they would interact with tech products such as artificial intelligence or even start a family.
Robotics is rapidly evolving, and high-end love dolls are one such application. “Dr. David Levy, founder of the Love and Sex International Robotics Conference, said in a previous interview that once custom sex dolls are able to talk, discuss, and listen like humans, ”they" are the ones who truly have the right to love freely.
Dr. Levy said, “Gamers have a love affair with sex dolls, so I think more people might fall in love with the ‘sexy’ version of robots, but the technology isn't fully developed yet.”
He also made a bold prediction in the interview, “I'm convinced that by 2050, there will be ‘artificial intelligence’ capable of conversing as fluently as human conversation.”
Of course, the applications of AI and robotics extend far beyond the realm of erotica. According to a TiDio survey, some people are deeply concerned about the role of AI and automation in the economy. When asked about the jobs most likely to be replaced by AI, 63 percent of respondents said cashiers would be replaced, followed by drivers (51 percent) and translators (42 percent).
Meanwhile, more than 60 percent said they would use AI-powered self-driving cars in congested traffic. The study reflects gender differences in how people view AI. Men trust AI twice as much as women, including allowing robots to perform self-surgery or teach children to read in the future.
